Drove through the clouds on the weekend without leaving the road or dreaming.
On the way up Mount Mee Road is gorgeously inspiring at the best of times, but this time it was also surreal. As the sun struggled to peace through the low hanging clouds, a soft layering effect was created mongst the trees. The forest turned into a wonderland of patterns and shading.
On the way down was a different story, it became so dark lights were needed at 3pm as the clouds became drizzle and early night fell.
Mt Mee Road starts at the beautiful Dayboro, next to the pool. The road winds up through lush green fields and forests and climaxes with beautiful views of the glasshouse mountains and surrounds.
I used black and white to highlight the cloud effect.
